It is located in the rehabilitation department of the Pavlov Kyiv Psychiatric Hospital. The pool is part of a rehabilitation program for people undergoing treatment for psychological and psychiatric problems they suffered during combat operations. The contractor is the veteran construction company “Veterans+”, which is entirely made up of former military personnel who have been injured and wounded.
