Financial statements for 2024.

This year was the first full-fledged working year for our small but powerful fund. We spent 7,316,130.33 hryvnias on various areas of work. Below are brief descriptions of them. You can view the annual report to the State Fiscal Service at these links 1. Report on the use of income of a non-profit organization 2024 2. Financial statements of a microenterprise 2024 3,705,630.33 hryvnias for medical equipment and supplies for civilian and military hospitals where our defenders are treated. Also for medical companies and field hospitals, and individual medical supplies targeted at the wounded. 2,000,000 hryvnias for orthopedic rehabilitation of the wounded. As part of a partnership project with NextStep Ukraine, we financed the rehabilitation of 50 defenders from various structures of the Defense Forces. We spent 1,610,500 hryvnias from your donations to pay for the rehabilitation of seriously injured people with neurotraumas. In 2024, we signed an agreement with the best rehabilitation center in the country, Modrychi, where four of our wards are currently undergoing rehabilitation. In 2025, we want to focus maximum efforts on this area, because it is the most problematic among all areas of rehabilitation of the wounded. And that is why this is where help from volunteers and charitable organizations is most needed. Our humble team would like to sincerely thank you for every penny, every like, every repost. If it weren't for you, none of this would have happened. It is you who give our patients the opportunity to receive high-quality and modern treatment, high-quality and necessary rehabilitation, a much-needed modern hearing aid, and, in general, a chance for recovery and a quality life. Thank you! Sincerely, RELY.

Brief results of 2024 in numbers

Our RELY foundation is a little over a year old, he has already learned to walk and even does some useful things. By this date, we have prepared such an infographic, which clearly shows how much and in what areas you have donated to us. We are very grateful for your support of our initiative both with donations and information. Only together can we build something truly great and important. During the year of our existence, we have collected almost 10 million UAH and have almost spent it. We have significantly strengthened several hospitals for the military, we are treating four seriously wounded in Modrychy, and at the same time the guys are undergoing rehabilitation at NextStep. All of this would not have happened if it weren't for you, dear community. You can see more detailed reporting in the "Projects" section or in the "Reporting" section. We will publish the tax reporting for 2024 a little later, after our accounting department prepares the relevant documents. So, as they say, stay tuned!

Stories of the wounded being rehabilitated thanks to your donations.

In April of this year, we completed a collection of 2,000,000 hryvnias for the rehabilitation of the wounded who took and continue to take part in the defense of our state from Russian aggression. We would like to tell more personalized stories so that you understand that behind every number in the statistics, behind every photo without a description, there is a person just like you. With their own story, emotions, and experiences. Meet me, this is Mykyta. A warrior, a veteran, a person with a disability. Next, direct speech. "I'm originally from Stakhanov, my home has been occupied since 2014, after the occupation I moved to Odessa, worked there for a while, was engaged in public and political activities, and later went to serve. My military journey began in 2016, on December 1, 2016, I first went to ground zero, where I saw my first death, my first arrivals, and a lot of things I learned in military affairs. It was service in the 54th Motorized Rifle Brigade, from 2016 to 2019 I was on rotations in Donbas in different places, once I was quite close to my occupied city, in clear weather you could even see the 9th floor of my house in the distance, somewhere far away but none the less. In 2019 my contract ended and I returned to service several times with short breaks. I signed a contract for six months when the unit was in the ATO/JFO zone. I served in the 54th Motorized Rifle Brigade, once in the 72nd Motorized Rifle Brigade. In 2021, when one of my contracts ended, I began to think about whether I should either build a professional career and become an officer, or remain in civilian life. While I was thinking, a full-scale invasion began and I immediately went to a unit that was not far from Odessa, so I ended up in the 35th Motorized Rifle Brigade and became a marine. I participated in the battles for the south, later with blood and sweat we drove the Podarys beyond the Dnieper and liberated a significant part of the Kherson and Mykolaiv regions. Then I ended up in Donbas again, and during one of the missions in the VOP, a mine flew right under my feet, my comrades saved me and evacuated me. After being injured, I regained consciousness in intensive care in Dnipro with "An amputated limb. What followed was a long journey of treatment, a lot of support from loved ones, loved ones and friends, and a lot of pain."   The second hero of this text is Rodion Myroshnichenko. Rodion joined the army in 2016, his main role model was his military father. The guy served in the 95th ODShBr, where he played in the orchestra. Music was one of his main hobbies, Rodion mastered many instruments on his own. In 2020, he and his father transferred to the 42nd Separate Motorized Infantry Battalion, where they became a scout. The family met the beginning of the full-scale war in the Luhansk region, where father and son immediately took on the first battles. During the fierce fighting near Bakhmut, Rodion was seriously injured: a fragment hit his neck and lodged in the right lobe of his brain. The father, having learned about his son's injury, searched for him in hospitals for a long time. Only thanks to the skill of the surgeons of the Dnieper Mechnikov Hospital was Rodion saved. He fought for his life for another week, being in a coma. Having regained consciousness in Vinnytsia, our hero finally saw his loved ones, but he could not speak. From that moment on, the long and difficult path of the warrior's recovery began. At the beginning of the summer, Rodion entered the NextStep Ukraine rehabilitation center in Irpen and immediately impressed with his sincerity and perseverance. Despite a serious injury and speech impairment, the soldier did not give up and made every effort to improve his results every day. Rodion is an example of the indomitable will and iron motivation of a true warrior. We, together with the NextStep Ukraine team, are proud to be able to help the indomitable Defenders of Ukraine recover!

RELY x NextStep Ukraine. A new project for the rehabilitation of the wounded.

Rely Foundation launches new project to rehabilitate wounded servicemen: a chance for a fulfilling life War is not only about fighting, it is also about thousands of people whose lives and health have been fundamentally changed as a result of injuries. Rely Foundation understands how important rehabilitation is for military personnel to return to a full life. That is why we are launching a new project aimed at providing high-quality and affordable assistance to wounded defenders of Ukraine. Why individual rehabilitation? Inability of the state system. Unfortunately, the state medical system is unable to cope with the influx of wounded military personnel. A lack of funds, qualified specialists, and modern equipment makes rehabilitation inaccessible to many. The need for a comprehensive approach. Rehabilitation is not just about restoring physical health. It should also include psychological and social adaptation. An individual approach allows you to take into account all the needs and characteristics of each patient. A dignified life. People who risked their lives defending their homeland deserve the best possible care. Individual rehabilitation provides a chance to return to a full life and active participation in society. We speak of state failure without negativity, because few healthcare systems in the world could effectively cope with such a load. Just remember the beginning of the COVID-19 epidemic, when even "developed" systems, such as the US and Canada, were on the verge of collapse. In our war, there are a lot of seriously wounded, with mine and explosive injuries, limb amputations, spinal injuries, and other serious injuries. There are many reasons for this: the nature of the war itself, the long evacuation time, surgical amputations due to a tourniquet applied for too long, overloaded stabilization points and field hospitals, which also have to be kept far from the line of combat contact, because the Russians ignore any international conventions and rules of warfare. There are also many problems at the level of legislation, regulations, and the general regulation of this issue. But this is a strategic level, and the state should work at the strategic level, and we, as concerned citizens, charitable organizations, and unions, will solve urgent problems at the tactical level. That's why we launched this fundraiser and partnership. Our goal: to raise 2,000,000 UAH to help more than 50 wounded servicemen receive quality rehabilitation. Our partner: Next Step Ukraine rehabilitation center. Why did we choose Next Step Ukraine? Experience and professionalism. The center has been operating since 2018 and has extensive experience in the rehabilitation of wounded soldiers. Modern equipment and qualified specialists. Next Step Ukraine is equipped with the latest technology and has a team of experienced rehabilitation specialists, psychologists and other specialists. Lack of bureaucracy. The center does not create artificial obstacles to receiving assistance. To begin rehabilitation, only a military ID/ID card/certificate and documentary confirmation of the need for rehabilitation are required. Individual approach. Rehabilitation at Next Step Ukraine is built taking into account the needs and characteristics of each patient. Duration of rehabilitation. Unlike state institutions, where rehabilitation is limited to 21 days, Next Step Ukraine provides assistance until the patient's full recovery.
