Today, we are launching a new project called “ОПОРА” (SUPPORT).
Why this project specifically? Recently, the main focus of our foundation has been the rehabilitation of severely wounded individuals with traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. Each of these people has different stories, but they are united by one thing – they need our help.
Previously, we raised funds individually for each of our beneficiaries; now, this is a separate, ongoing project of our foundation, within which we will finance the rehabilitation of the severely wounded. The number of people with severe neurotrauma who require quality rehabilitation is constantly growing, and whether we can help them depends on your support.

Neurotrauma is objectively the most complex and problematic area of all, and there are several reasons for this:
Imperfection of the state medical system.
The majority of such wounded individuals are people with impaired walking, speech, and self-care functions; in simpler terms, these are people with a 1st disability group. While such a person, being a serviceman, is within the military medical system, they have a chance for adequate recovery. However, in most cases, such a patient is stabilized, discharged from military service, and sent to be treated and rehabilitated as a civilian. In the civilian system, everything is based on packages from the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSU), which cover 180 days in the first year and 90 days of rehabilitation in subsequent years. This is clearly insufficient.
Quality of services.
Historically, the system is physically unprepared for such a large number of people with severe injuries. There are not enough medical facilities that work with neurotrauma rehabilitation, and the quality of such rehabilitation does not always meet the patient’s needs. Most often, a person simply goes through “rehabilitation” for the sake of appearances in various non-specialized institutions and, as a result, loses the most valuable thing – time.
What do we do?
In partnership with the best neurotrauma rehabilitation center in the country – “Modrychi” – we give such wounded individuals a chance for recovery and a full, quality life. Neurotrauma rehabilitation is very long, very expensive, but also very necessary for our defenders. They lost their health in this war, and it is within our power to become a reliable SUPPORT for them.
They stood shoulder to shoulder with our country in its most difficult moment of existence; now it is our turn as a society to stand shoulder to shoulder with them in the most difficult moment of their lives – on the path to recovery. The funding need is almost 2.8 million UAH. This will cover 3 months of rehabilitation for 5 wounded individuals. Every donation you make is a contribution to the recovery of a warrior who has lost their health, because even the strongest walls are built from small bricks.
